Cash Book Pro Privacy Policy

Cash Book Pro is a private cash-management application operated by ACE Group. It stores the information that the account owner chooses to enter, including an email address, business and account details, payment records, notes, and uploaded receipts.
How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate the owner, operate the cash book, generate summaries and exports, synchronize the owner's devices, maintain security and audit history, and provide support.
Service providers
The service uses Convex for application data and authentication infrastructure, Resend to deliver sign-in emails, and Vercel to deliver the web service. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising. Information is not shared except with the service providers above, when requested by the owner, or when required by law.
Retention, access, and deletion
Records remain available until the owner deletes them or requests account deletion. To request a copy, correction, or deletion of data, contact info@acegroup.com.mm.
Security
Access is restricted by owner authentication. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so owners should protect access to their email account and device.
